Following on from the frozen veg debacle yesterday, I took a moment to check me apples.
They're fine. Apart, that is, from the odd decaying specimen. Those rotting apples go out on the lawn as winter feed for birds and mice - etc.
Another little job; SWEEP UP. Best done now, before it snows again, or gets so frosty that the leaves weld themselves to the path - AGAIN!
I don't know where all this lot came from. We were tidy before the snow fell. Now there're piles of rubbish on the path. Didn't take long to clean up, but will look good for weeks to come.
Now we're all ready for the bulbs to pop through .... apart, that is , for those flower beds that still need to be tidied, and those at the back of the house, that the BADGERS have trashed with their BUMBLINGS.
