Driving down Spring Hill, Nailsworth a couple of days ago, I saw this.
What I actually saw was the top of this tree swaying rhythmically. It's right by the road you see, so I couldn't avoid seeing it.
I parked in my usual spot (we have no parking at our house), and dashed back up the hill to bring you these images.
In the loppers defence the tree was belayed from the top to the ground, which made the whole operation
PERFECTLY SAFE.
