Mr McGoo has kindly rubbed in the fact that I had ZERO SUCCESS with my parsnips this year. Like me, he began with a fresh packet of MARSHALLS SEED, the rest he outlines here : (
1.Take a packet of seed
2. Put wet kitchen roll in an airtight, clear container
3. Place seed on the paper and close container
4. When root appears, remove from clear container and plant in a seed plug. Keep moist.
5. When three leaves appear, remove from seed plug and plant outside
Thanks for that Mr McGoo, I almost feel I could have done this myself!
