We came to THE MARKET once, with a guest who was staying with us for a few days.
IT WAS HER IDEA.
If we're up early enough to go along, then it's because we've got something to do/go to. Otherwise we wake up in time to hear the TOWN CRIER yelling at the top of his voice.
By the time we've breakbrunched and strolled around the garden , coffee in hand, the market is
OVER.
Breaking with our tradition this Market Day, we had to get up and take some plants along to be sold!!!
So, off we DROVE to the plot to label and load up the remaining POT MARIGOLDS
Things were well under-way and beginning to look
VERY CUTE
The stall is a great idea, as it will take any spare, home grown food and sell it on for a 10pc commission.
The market got busy. We left to work on a local garden, returning later to collect a small number of plants and some cash!
I LOVE MY JOB
and, of course,
MELUUVLEEWALLY!
who helped me wake up and label and load up.
