Spent a long day at various customers gardens Freezing cold compared with last week. Windy too.
So what's to report? Oh the usual. One of my older customer's has Oldtimers disease. She phoned me and her friend, who I garden for prior to going to hers, about 5 times. She wanted to find out where I was and when I was due to arrive. Her friend and I were rather concerned. She's definitely getting worse. When I got to hers, she asked if I'd been to her friends place yet. She had no recollection at all, of the calls she had made only an hour before. The upside, she both offered me tea AND remembered to make it too.
Another customer is in hospital. It's very strange to work in her garden without her to chat to. I miss the biccys and tea she forces me to eat against my will.
2 gardens had Cowslips in bloom today, The first of the year.
